1. Physical Book Purchases
For physical copies of Medication for Healing, customers may request a refund or replacement if the book arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
- Significantly different from the product ordered

If your claim is approved, we may provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
2. Digital / Soft Copy Purchases
Due to the nature of digital products, digital/soft-copy purchases are generally non-refundable once the digital product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.
If you experience a technical problem preventing you from receiving or accessing your purchase, please contact us so we can assist you.
3. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information when placing an order.
We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us because of incorrect delivery information, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests that the item be resent.

Orders that have already been processed, shipped, or delivered may not be eligible for cancellation.
